We support boys and girls aged 3–18, offering free, confidential, trauma-informed support delivered by experienced and impartial practitioners.

One-on-One Specialist Support

Our Children and Young People’s Support Practitioners are trained to work with children who have experienced difficult or upsetting situations at home.

They provide a safe, supportive space where children and young people can:

  • Talk about their feelings and experiences

  • Explore relationships and boundaries

  • Learn about staying safe

  • Make sense of what has happened, at their own pace

Children are listened to, believed, and supported without judgement.

Group Activities & Shared Experiences

In addition to one-to-one support, we offer group activities for children and young people, which may include:

  • Creative art workshops

  • Fun outings

  • Activities based on topics they are interested in

These sessions help build confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging alongside others with similar experiences.

A Safe and Welcoming Environment

Our support base is a warm, welcoming space designed specifically for children and young people.

We also have a sensory room — a calm, cosy environment that helps children relax, regulate their emotions, and feel at ease during sessions.

How We Can Help Your Child

Our Children and Young People’s Practitioners can support children and young people by:

Listening to and believing them
Remaining impartial and not taking sides
Helping them understand and express their feelings
Supporting them to explore out-of-school activities (and attending with them if helpful)
Organising group outings and activities, such as swimming, watching a film, playing games, or working on shared projects
Helping to build self-esteem and confidence

All support is tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person. To learn more:
